Terms and Conditions

1. Licensee shall occupy premises for residential/college student purposes only. Any other use requires prior written permission of the owner.
2. Licensee shall return the room in the same condition as it was before the lease term began.
3. No alterations or additions shall be made to the premises without owner consent.
4. Monthly fee to be paid by the 5th of every month; late payments incur a fine of Rs 300 per day.
5. The room cannot be vacated before completing one or two semesters, and requires one month's notice.
6. Any additional terms shall be mutually agreed upon between licensor and licensee.
7. Disputes will be settled in Jalandhar judicial court only.
8. Licensee is responsible for any illegal activities within the premises.
9. If rules are violated, the caretaker may reclaim the room, with or without police assistance.
10. Electricity bills are due in the first three days of each month, along with a Rs 300 maintenance charge.
11. If shifting to another KSP Enterprises PG, an extra Rs 1000 fee is required.
12. Misbehavior with any staff members is considered unlawful.
13. Licensor is not liable for any pilferage, theft, or natural calamities affecting the premises.
14. The licensee confirms understanding and agreement with these terms.
15. Refund Policy: All payments made via the payment gateway are non-refundable.
16. Security Refund Policy: The security deposit amount as same as monthly rental, The full security deposit will be returned to the guest upon vacating the room, Provided they leave the accommodation in good condition, Pay all outstanding bills, and comply with the term of the rental agreement with any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear being made from the deposit.
17. If tenant losses room key 1000 penalty must b deposited by tenant, then management will change the lock,lock change penalty can't b adjust in security.
18. The Tenant must fulfill the entire length of the lease and cannot leave the room before the agreed lease end date.
19. A minimum of 1 month's prior written notice is required before vacating the room.
